We ship orders over $50.00 for free. However, if you return an item or exchange it, we will deduct our cost of shipping from the refund or credit unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item notify us by email within 48 hours and SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS. We will notify the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, Post Office) of the problem and they may require inspection before processing our insurance claim. You may return an undamaged item in the original box within 30 days for full refund except for shipping charges. Orders under $50 shipped by ground in the US (except Alaska and Hawaii) will ship for a flat fee of $8.95.

After 30 days from the date of sale, and for up to 60 days, we will provide a full exchange or store credit for undamaged returned merchandise, again excluding shipping and gift wrapping charges if any. We regret that after 60 days, we cannot provide refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We want you to be a happy customer!

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is done using US Priority Mail only, since it is the only cost effective method available to us. If you are willing to pay for 1 or 2 day express, please email or call us to arrange for the extra charges. Please allow 3 to 6 days for priority mail, and realize that it is not traceable, so we cannot provide you with updates on shipment progress.

1 to 2-Day Shipping is available for BUSINESS DAYS only. Saturday and Sunday and National Holidays do not count as business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, we will be unable to ship until Monday and the second business day will be Wednesday. We may use US Postal Express Mail or FEDEX or UPS depending upon the destination. The US Postal Service may deliver on Saturday and we will use that service if that means quicker delivery.

One Day Shipping is also available, but very expensive for us, and therefore, for you. It will be twice as expensive as the 1 to 2 day service. We can accommodate a last minute rush if needed, however. Again, the major shippers do not count most weekend days or holidays as part of the shipping commitment, so a 1-day package shipped on Friday will not normally arrive until Monday.
